Biography
Professor Weekes teaches a variety of courses in the McAuley School of Nursing undergraduate programs. Her background is in Medical-Surgical and Community Health Nursing. She earned a MSN from Wayne State University with a Major in Community Health and a Minor in education.
In addition to teaching in the MSON Professor Weekes practices at the Father Pop's Ambulatory Clinic, which is a faith based free clinic for adults located in Pontiac, Mich.
Her interests are in health promotion and self-efficacy.
